“Oh no, I haven’t got access to a gym so how do I get stronger or build muscle?” All you need is your body and some exercise bands and you can train surprisingly well at home without a gym. Some of these exercises in this video are really hard and can easily be done at home.
The exercises in this video are not a one size fits all program. They are some excellent examples of exercises for multiple body parts that you can do with either just your bodyweight or with resistance bands.
