How to use resistance bands and weights to improve your bicep curl

The problem with using weights for bicep curls is that the resistance curve is not great, meaning that you have parts of the range that have low load and parts that have high load. The ideal exercise is to have high loading throughout the whole range of movement to maximise the training stimulus.
