Should you use the sauna as part of your recovery plan?

We are always trying to improve our recovery from exercise and some people regularly go into the sauna post exercise but does this help recovery or not?

Online Physiotherapy

Put simply this is Physio done via either telephone or video over the internet. Skype and facetime are examples of this.
