Is the empty can test or the full can test the best way to load Supraspinatus?

“The empty can test is best to activate the Supraspinatus” “No, the full can test is better” Basically, these are orthopaedic resistive tests to supposedly load the Supraspinatus of the Rotator cuff to basically detect a supraspinatus tear etc. Is the empty can test or the full can test the best way to load Supraspinatus?
