Does looking down at your phone cause neck pain? Does text neck exist?

“I have a bad neck because I’m on my phone all day!” So, in a previous video, I highlighted some research showing that there was no cause of neck pain caused looking retrospectively from the use of a mobile phone. Now there is more research, and this is what we will talk about today. Does looking down at your phone cause neck pain?
