How to recover faster from exercise: Compex Muscle Stimulation (NMES) for recovery

The biggest problem facing athletes is recovery. Basically athletes need to train as hard and often as they are able to recovery from. So to recover faster means that you can train harder and more frequently without overtraining or getting injured. Sounds great doesn’t it!
