Step by Step

  1. This is a great exercise for the Tibialis Posterior
  2. Remember this exercise should be pain free during after and the next day
  3. Start off in a seated position with your foot on a towel or pillowcase.
  4. Think about pressing your big toe into the ground
  5. next slide your big toe across the floor in a “down” and “in” motion
  6. Try to create an arch in the foot but do not let your big toe come off the ground.
  7. Reverse direction and repeat
  8. Repeat this movement 10 times and perform 3 sets with 3 minute rests between
  9. Perform this exercise every other day
