4 point kneeling closed chain scapula mobility drill

Step by Step

  1. This exercise helps to loosen up your Trapezius and Rhomboids in between you shoulder blades.
  2. Like any exercise this should be pain free or shouldn’t increase existing pain levels, during, after and the next day.
  3. In 4 point kneeling with your hands below your shoulders and your knees below your hips
  4. Next rock your body forwards, then downwards, then backwards, then upwards as to dynamically stretch the Trapezius and Rhomboids.
  5. Do the movement 10 times in each direction and repeat this 4-6 times per day
