Heel toe walking

Step by Step

  1. This exercise is a great balance exercise
  2. Basically walk in a straight line but as you step make sure that you touch your heel to your opposite foots toes and repeat for each step.
  3. To make this harder look straight ahead rather than down, next you can alternate a single arm movement out to the side.
  4. The aim is to build up to 1 minute and you can perform this twice daily
