10/10 for service, professionalism and quality.I got a shoulder injury which developed, got worse and stopped me doing gym classes and workouts. After this, I went to a walk in centre and a doctor due to me struggling and the pain... developing. They both couldn't tell me directly what was wrong with my shoulder.I was advised by my doctor to have physio. I decided to go private as I wanted to get it healing ASAP. This is where I got in touch with Mathew at Sub-4. I had my first appointment which included my assessment, treatment and home exercises. I have since been going weekly due to my injury but have found every session beneficial. I recieve treatment on every session and my home exercises develop each time. My shoulder is now healing very well and I am starting to get full range of movement back. I find Mathew to be extremely knowledgeable in his field, professional and feel comfortable during my sessions. Even when suffering with another problem, I asked Mathew about it during one of my sessions and he recommended some exercises for that also.Cannot recommend Mathew and his physio sessions enough!read more

But before the scans ,the x.rays ,and consultant ,Matthew had already informed... us before what they would say and it.s exactly what they said .So my 87 year old father was prepared. Not only is he brilliant at what he does.He helped my father mentally to and that goes a long way.My father has made brilliant progress .Both physically and mentally. So I would never hesitate in recommending him .Or my father to he goes each week and the hospital are astounded by his progress .read more

Online Physiotherapy

Put simply this is Physio done via either telephone or video over the internet. Skype and facetime are examples of this.

Contrary to popular belief online physiotherapy can be very effective and it can help the same injuries that face to face physio can help. I have helped many people with injuries such as disc prolapses, tennis elbow, neck pain and much more).
